Shipping Policy

Shipping within Pakistan:
We offer free delivery in Pakistan on all orders above Rs. 5,000. A shipping charge of Rs. 200 applies to orders below Rs. 5,000.

For orders above Rs. 10,000, a 50% advance payment is required.

Delivery time: 2–7 working days.

If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), please have the exact cash amount ready and ensure someone is available to receive the package between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM on the day of delivery.

Please note: If a COD order is refused upon delivery, any future order placed by the same customer will require an advance confirmation payment to avail COD service. Failure to make this payment will result in order cancellation.

International Shipping:
Our international shipping times range between 7 to 18 working days, depending on your country and customs procedures. We strive to process all orders promptly and appreciate your patience while your package is delivered securely.
